The Lower Panels before always carried tactile / haptic controls like buttons etc.
Since those controls had the icons printed on them the symbols were optimised for the print format.
Our task was to redesign the icons so they would appear crisp und well legible - providing sufficient contrast - on the specific Lower Panel display.
