These very specific machines are all about bending tubes. Located in the rainy and foggy area of the German Sauerland - nationally known for high quality fir trees - the client's company produces two main products:

• earth drilling and

• tube bending machines

The first interaction project we were allowed to do with them was about the latter one.

Part of the discovery phase was visiting the client's site where the machine was introduced and explained plus an IS demo of their actual software.
