Together with stakeholders representing different company areas / domains / disciplines a batch of orginal CELOS applications was defined within several workshop iterations. CELOS should contain the following applications: * Job Manager - A job gathers all the necessary infor mation about a specific production process. In order to excute the job certain arrangements need to be done. The job needs specific physical machine components like tools or clamping devices inserted but it also needs the zero point for workpiece and tools defined and the appropriate NC program. This is the app that documents the job and it is the main and most important app in CELOS * Job Assistant - guiding through the job that has been created within the Job Manager * Tech Calculator - Different materials need different tolerances in different situations. All those values can be calculated here. * Documents - machine Wiki * Organizer - machine Calendar * Machine Check - maintenance interval info * Energy Saving - monitoring & auto sleep mode
